Total tech is primary reason I chose Best Buy for electronics. Amazon and other sites may have cheaper prices, but the service after the sale is the key! Total Tech is far cheaper, than extended warranty programs. Total Tech gives me immediate in store, chat or online help. The in store assistance is the best feature. If they can't repair it, they will replace it! No extended warranty program offers in person replacement, store credit, refund or exchange. Better still, if the price is lower than what you paid, you get the difference in store credit. Best Buy stands behind all they sell better than the manufacturer. Plus plus buy rating!

I like that I can visit the Geek Squad in person or online chat and they fix any issues I am having with my laptop or printer. I trust them completely.

Regardless of what the problem is My Best Buy total yearly subscription covers it. It takes the worry out who and how much is the problem going to cost me. It is a lifesaver,

I have had total tech for 5 years now. Got it when I bought my then new laptop. It covers ALL my teck, Being housebound the in home service is great. I have Geek Squad clean up laptop regularily especially when it gets slower & I don't have to buy a security suite from someone else. Also I can call any day or night for tech help.

This package is top notch in my opinion. Great coverage for tech issues, opportunities for good deals

What can I say? This service has more than paid for itself multiple times over. Quality service at a price that Warren Buffet would want in his personal portfolio.

I teach and I'm in getting something fixed on my computer 2-3 times a year. I need help that day and I can not afford to leave it off somewhere for a week or a few days for someone to look at it and fix it. With the GeekSquad, most of the time, I can schedule an appointment for that day. They can usually fix the problem within 20 minutes. If not then I have to leave it til the next day. Best Buy Total even covers my stove I recently purchased.

A must have if you have a computer, internet, WIFI, or printer, The GEEKS ARE GREAT, EAST TO WRK WITH FAST EFFICENT, PROFFSSIONABLE and FRIENDLY.

Glad I had auto-renew set up. Showed up at Best Buy to estimate cost to fix “blue screen”. Was told my service contract was auto-renewed the day before! Cost $0 to fix

My rating of good is based on the uselessness of offshore but the value of the help of the Geek Squad at the store. 1st, offshore is so busy, the wait time can be long. Next, all they do is install their software and run it. Not only did this waste my time and not truly address my problem, the offshore Geek Squad LIED that I requested the software to be place in machine. (I agreed because I know they have to run some basic review on the machine. THAT is different from me requesting it be place in my machine.) If this was the only part of the rating, I would've given them 1 star. The true value of the Geek Squad is if you bypass offshore and deal with the people directly at the store. While a hassle to get there, I find the staff polite, knowledgeable and truly wanting to help you. A few times, their help has been worth the value.

For me, this is a must-have. Being a single mom of disabled twins, and being elderly, this helps me sleep at night.

The workers are knowledgeable and help with tech problems when needed.

Engineer is always knowledgeable and works to ensure that what I need/want is accomplished. In home support is great versus having to take a product into the store.

The benefits you get are worth the cost. Especially with geek squad
