We can't live without Best Buy Total Support! Some of our friends have young adults in their family who live nearby, but ours live far away, so we need the support we get from Best Buy Geek Squad!

We are extremely happy & satisfied being total members of Best Buy. We've never been let down on any of our products; home entertainment center, computer, laptop, tablet, etc., etc. Great service & help!

It was easy to set up. And easy to use. The directions are easy to follow. The sound that comes out of these little speakers is awesome.

Good thing I have the Annual Geek squad service. In two months they fixed the TV twice, repaired one compupter, found the problems in another, After 3 days I had everything up and running. Much relieved!

Handy to have available when something crops up with my older pc. typically able to handle via an online servicing and saves the time and trouble of locating a servicer and scheduling an in-home service call. While I haven't used a lot, enough to justify the cost given hourly rates these days.

Great picture and easy to navigate through the UI. The remote control could use a little tewaking. It is designed like computer mouse and get frustrating at times pointing at the screen.

I teach and I'm in getting something fixed on my computer 2-3 times a year. I need help that day and I can not afford to leave it off somewhere for a week or a few days for someone to look at it and fix it. With the GeekSquad, most of the time, I can schedule an appointment for that day. They can usually fix the problem within 20 minutes. If not then I have to leave it til the next day. Best Buy Total even covers my stove I recently purchased.

I enjoy beinga member. The service is great. Whenever i have a challenge the customer service team is there to help. Not to mention they have some decent sales for members. No complaints.

Total tech is primary reason I chose Best Buy for electronics. Amazon and other sites may have cheaper prices, but the service after the sale is the key! Total Tech is far cheaper, than extended warranty programs. Total Tech gives me immediate in store, chat or online help. The in store assistance is the best feature. If they can't repair it, they will replace it! No extended warranty program offers in person replacement, store credit, refund or exchange. Better still, if the price is lower than what you paid, you get the difference in store credit. Best Buy stands behind all they sell better than the manufacturer. Plus plus buy rating!

Wow, this service is the best ever, The guys and gals are really knowledgeable, also love the remote tune-up feature. It is a little lengthy to get to a tec, but service is so worth it
