    I like that i can go in and get my comp checked anytime during the year. I dont like the up coming changes. Wouldn't recommend cuz of the new changes

    I’ve enjoyed my membership and often chose to purchase from Best Buy because of those perks. BUT I hear changes are coming for Total members. I hope the rumors are wrong regarding increased costs of deliveries and installation of appliances. What about tech services? Are you tampering with that up too? And while I have your attention, Stores are VERY understaffed. frustrating to search and search and search for someone to purchase from.
