Investing in My Best Buy Totaltech Yearly Subscription has been a wise choice for us. This is my third year since we enrolled in this protection program. It has given us the peace of mind and the help knowing that they will professionally help us with any electronics and/or appliances that we have purchased from Best Buy. We are not tech savvy, so they have come to our aid with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I could go on and on about the positive aspects of this program and their wonderful customer service, but I will sum it up as; WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

This annual Total Tech membership has paid for itself 10x over. I buy from Best Buy vs. other retailers because of protection coverage under Total Tech. When I replace anything now, I only buy from Best Buy - my whole house electonics, appliances etc is protected

Total tec is something you must have and get if you have a computer, printer, phone, etc. you need to get this it will help you and save money.

I have had about 4 technicians into my home. One serviced and diagnosed the television and refrigerator. One assessed my camera and security system. I believe another group installed my washer and dryer. Not sure about the 4th. The point is Best Buy Total is my maintenance crew. I have had confidence in the advice they provided. I felt I got value from their advice. I would recommend Best Buy Total Protection as an inexpensive insurance plan.

I love Best Buy Total Tech. I don't use it a lot but it is great too have when I need it.

I came in under the window and was able to renew under the old Total Tech and will stay with that for the year. I will not renew under the new plan because my only reasons for paying for these plans were free delivery and installation. The extra warranty is nice, but not worth the money charged for the new plan. In the past, I have purchased all my tech and appliances from Bestbuy. I hope Best Buy will return the old plan before I renew next year, but if they don't, I have no reason to buy all my tech and appliances from them anymore.
