    Overall i have had no issues except when geek squard person came to help me with my tv issues he made it worse, Now my Roko is not working

    My Best Buy Total membership has evidently changed and no longer includes Webroot. Both have billed me (auto pay plan) on different dates. I need various help with all tech, and prefer more personal contact/home visit to clear up all my lack of understanding without being limited to one device at a time! Cost of geeks is too much for my budget!~
