The tech who delivered my TV did an excellent job. Made a helpful suggestion on my cable box, how to upgrade to get a better picture.

Unfortunately I got this when I purchased my new tv and I think I got some use out of it on the purchase of the tv and with mounting the tv at the time. However, I never really ended up needing to use this service again and I forgot about the auto pay so I paid for it for a few years for no reason. I regret getting it and not canceling it sooner.

Best decision ever was to buy this plan every year. It has saved our family money on repairs and extended warranties and installations.

I have So Far not Encountered a problem with anything purchased at Best Buy. IfI needed Help with Something, their Help Line is always there and can Guide me in the Right Direction. I recently had an In-Home Consultation because I was in Need of a New Computer. Both Craig the In Home Consultant and Andrew the Geek Squad agent who Set Up everything afterwards, were very Helpful and Knowledgeable . I would recommend the Service to anyone in Need of an Big Ticket Item

I bought this for the first time a couple years ago and wouldnt be without it. I've renewed it each year. Not only have I taken computers, cell phones, and laptops inot Best Buy, I've also had Geek Squad install home sound sytems and speakers!

Okay for my purpose, used it a couple times in a year

I continue to have this yearly subscription. It is helpful when installing big items. I don't just use it for myself - I have used it for my mom's TV install as well. The subscription and TV install are about the same price now unfortunately. They changed their terms a few years back. It is still helpful as I do not have to look around for some third party to install.

It is a good value at a good price and works very effectively. I would recommend it for any computer user to consider purchasing.

Honestly this membership and the credit card have been worth it since i first got them. Now i see they have a cheaper memebership with the diversion of the memebership into 3 now but i still have always had and still use it. Great perks i use is the warranty free 2 years on everything even tho they added its a 35 service charge for products to get a new one but ehhh its not the end of the world. The other is installations being 40 for whatever you wanna have them install. Personally used those perks the most.

Overall service has been OK since I have been paying for the annual service. The service costs have increased in the recent use of the service.

This is fantastic to have access to!! I'm not real great with computer issues and I've had to use Geek Squad a few times. i've always had very good and very prompt assistance. Once I had a real mess and they had to move me up about 3 levels or 2. They were great and got my computer straightened out. I'm glad for them and I trust them. I've had my subscription for probably 9 or 10 years. A lot of dollars at one time, but for me it's sooo worth it!!

I purchased a new TV from Best Buy and always get the total tech. My new Tv just quit after 4 years from purchase date. Because I had Total Tech I received credit of the amount of the original purchase toward a new TV. Installation was quick and well done and I love my new TV.

The My Best Buy service is worth the money in my case as I have had to use it with a couple of items with no hassle!

Very good service, fast. Whenever I have needed they help me solve problems with computers.

Great thing to have for a dork like me. Included transferring data from my old computer to the new one I had bought.
