Not the Value it once was!

I just found out that the price goes down to $179.99 for renewal. It was $199.99 with my Webroot subscription. It was $5 with Total Tech. Now it goes to $19.99, so I will still pay the same. Probably will not renw this year.

Best Buy downgrades what Used to Be a Good Value

But I will NOT be renewing this as they've scaled back benefits to the point it's hardly worth it. Better to buy an individual extended warranty if you need it and forget the yearly plan

The quality has definitely decreased. Customer service is very slow. The after hours geek squad service is questionable and in circumstances did more harm than good. Disappointing.

Even after speaking with them for almost a month repeatedly and being told it would be done we are now being told opps we are sorry we can not reinstate with no explanation. We have over 20 products under the warranty. Very disappointed in the customer service team in all departments they will purposely end the chat so we have to records or just hang up the call. We went into the store and was told they can not do anything and was given a number to a department that said they dont deal with these problems.

Disappointed

That didn’t happen.

The installations were horrible and they keep reducing the services offered while increasing the cost. On top of that, when rating this product it wouldn't allow me to choose one star.

The cost far outweighs ANY benefits this had in the past since BB has cut pretty much any reason to buy outside of AppleCare (and that's worthless for my as an Android/Samsung househould). Clueless reps and several wasted hours on the phone. Don't fall for this. Now they even want you to sign up to be able to return things past 2 weeks - something that is standard on Amazon, and 90 days many other places.

Now the service loses a lot of important features, like in home help and setting up things like your TV and stuff. We pay a little less but in the end, shame on you Best Buy!!!!

Don’t like that you cant extend warranty and don’t like that they removed the install services and haul away. They keep raising rhe rates and removing the value.

Somewhat total tech?

I was told installation of items and delivery was included, however they charged me extra. Very disappointed at how I was mislead.
