    I have had this program for over a decade. They supposedly have these plans to protect our purchases yet everytime I take something in other than my computer, they will not help. Even after receiving confirmation from their geeksquad chat that the product will be fixed they always find a reason not to help. The workers are nice and it is not their fault. It is the fault of awful corporate management. Best Buy needs to clean out their entire corporate office as they are one of the worst run major companies in the country.

    I tried to purchase a service call to fix my LG ice maker, but the system failed to take my card and it became MY problem. That is BS as my card has worked everywhere else and I find BB phone people to be extremely unhelpful to resolve an issue. If BB cannot even fix their own internal IT problems, the why should I trust them with anything else????????????????

    Canceled my subscription as it changed too much over the years. They no longer do the things they used to do and the quality, attention and benefits are no longer there. I was saddened by this as they used to be very good and was a good deal. You should bring it back as it was previously. This is not worth it. Sorry.

    Sadden with all the changes! I'm not savvy with tech stuff, will miss the free delivery, installation andin home techs and their great service and advice.

    Do not like the new my Best Buy total. The prior benefits for the older plan made the cost worth it to me. This new plan takes away free installation, free delivery. You now only get 20% off. The 24 free extended warranty comes with a 50 dollar deductible. I canceled this service, not worth the yearly cost

    Not worth how much it costs Geek Squad always hangs up before your problem is fixed. I don't think I will use it again after this. You still have to pay $99 if you are handicapped and need someone to come to your house. I really think being a member just isn't worth it.

    Not worth the money in my opinion compared to what they used to offer. Even if they would have had to raise the price on the old system, I would have likely paid it. No more free deliveries or installations. Honestly that was part of the reason I paid for it. And what's sadder yet is that I know other competitors in town will wave the delivery fee.

    You cancelled the call centrers and he phones into my Best Buy centers (two towns) If you do not want to talk vioce to voice I do not want to talk to you. Am cancelling my TotalTechcontract

    I had total tech. The change to My Best Buy total made it no longer valuable to me anymore. The loss of free deliveries and installations is huge. I have to renew only to keep warranties active. After they are completed, I will not be renewing anymore and not looking into buying appliances and electronics from Best Buy anymore.

    This used to be good, but now it is not worth The cost. Almost everything i tried to get repaired fell into a "sorry, no longer covered" box. Other plans are cheaper, and the wait times when calling tech support, which is overseas support, takes forever. Read the fine print, which they will not want you to do.

    Cost went up and benefits went down. Tech support often knew less about the product I was calling about than I did . Hated to cancel but after they had also damaged one of my TVs during installation followed by a price hike it left me no choice.

    I was interested in your line of electric bikes but when I went into the Annapolis store, no one had any useful knowledge about the product. I had several questions and no one knew anything.

    The best parts of total tech were removed. There are notifications for pre orders. The app should off this feature and total tech should provide early access to its members . Currently, i have notifications enabled . The only notifications i receive are for sale items.

    Kept changing the policy. When I needed to take advantage of it they said it didn’t cover that. Very much like other insurance. They want their payment but hard to get them to payout.

    Always set up on that Auto Renew, takes an act of congress to cancel. Even after emails promising cancellation - oh wait here we go again this year.....
