I have been getting a lot of use from my Best Buy Total Tech subscription. It has more than paid for itself!

This Best Buy plan is great to have if anything goes wrong they are there to help you fix it.

I have had this service for a few years now and the biggest problem is remembering that it is available. I'm getting better at that now. Really comes in handy when I'm having a problem and am not sure where to start on getting help. It is a luxury in that you pay upfront and don't know how much you will use, but if you can afford it, it is nice to have. Also provides annual virus protection and password help and discounts on some services like having electronics installed in your car.

I have used this service many times in the past. First it extends warranty from standard one year to 2 years. Second it connects me to help (Geek Sqad) tech support that I do not need to pay extra for. In the past it did include free delivery and installation- Now it doesNOT- which is a real real pity. And I do not feel I am paying less than before.

Well worth the cost for the ease of getting help and service on any and all of our purchases

Our Roku TV was setup by the technician. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He was a very nice person!!

It's a little expensive for when you have one item under warranty. Since you need to renew to keep warranty in place. FOR THOSE WITH MULTIPLE YEARS OF WARRANTY. AN ADJUSTMENT IN PRICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED. When TOTAL needs to be renewed.

Needed to pick up the shield for my phone and have it installed. Geek squad was short staffed they told me to pick up the protective shield at the register. The charming woman at the register quickly gave me the shield and suggested going to mobile to have it installed. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and the men at the door offered to put the shield in for me as no one was at mobile to accommodate me. Everyone was helpful and made this pick up very agreeable

Great program. Have use the service several times. Never an issue with getting thing done.

We love My Best Buy Total. We purchased a refrigerator, induction stove, 65” TV, and an 85” TV complete with sound system. All items were installed, and old items were taken away. We also had the Geek Squad come and troubleshoot the sound system. My My Best Buy Total has paid for itself for the next three years. We love having this plan, as we get older we cannot install some things, and to have the knowledge that this plan will take care of that, give us total peace of mind.

Best Buy is my go-to store for consumer electronics. Staff is very helpful. And their prices are competitive with online prices. I’d look for the item online and then go to the store. I’d rather buy electronics from a physical store than online because it there is a problem I can come back and have them check it out instead of sending it out to a company across the country by mail.

I believe the previous coverage was better because it was more inclusive. The changes in the current coverage is not as inclusive and I will see if it is a problem for me.
