I'm currently a Best Buy Total subscriber (formerly TotalTech) and before that I always purchased the Geek Squad protection for all my electronics. Best Buy offers an extended warranty that I have never been disappointed in. Recently I took my Desktop and Laptop in because I was having trouble syncing them. The Geek Squad was great and went above and beyond again. I always recommend Best Buy Total to all my family, friends, and colleagues.

This is a great protection plan for all Best Buy purchases. And if you need to call them about a product, you don’t need to wait for a person to speak with you. It’s like you’re first in line. Also the Geek squad has been very helpful with me also. I buy nearly all my appliances, electronic devices from Best Buy. They will match prices too. For 2 seniors who struggle with technology, this is a great plan.

Didn't really need the service in the last few years. Suddenly my wife and I ran into a variety of technical issues in the last 8 months and The Greek Squad came through. Very happy will the results. The techs were very helpful with all my questions too, and I can ask quite a few. LoLs

This offers so much from free shipping, free install, 20% repairs on appliance that was NOT purchase at bestbuy, returns longer then normal, free 2 year protections on most! I cant tell you how many times Keurig Coffee Maker broke within 2 years, switching to NINJA! This is second time I purchase this plan as I renewed mine to protect my investment. Some repairs require service and appointments for geek squad, be sure to read your plan and ask questions.

I used this Best Buy service for a couple of basic inquiries as well as new cell phone set-up. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. I have an issue with by HP Envy 360 screen flickering and going blank every 3 months or so. To fix is a bit expensive. However, staff recommended that I attach a separate monitor that I keep in the closet. Great idea! Thank you
