The other day I dropped my old Apple IPad that I've had for four years. The personnel at Best Buy were awesome and answered all my questions and concerns. The set up on my new IPad was so much easier then I expected. I was even given backup instructions on my old IPad and how to download the old setup on my new IPad . This whole process was super simple. I was also offered AppleCare on this .

Im going to keep telling everyone not to buy from BestBuy.com I bought a 1000 dollar camera, and when the wrong item came I was told there is nothing BestBuy can do because it came from a 3rd party dealer. I had no knowledge of this. In order for me to see my purchase i have to go to bestbuy.com. But they will not help with anything..

My salesman was very helpful in choosing the free standing charging base for my new I-Phone saving me money and allowing me to get the quick charge charger rather than the regular one with a savings Samsung Quickcharge vs the Apple charger, Apple didn't offer the quick charge mount; the system is same and works for both systems per salesman, have not had any issues works great!!!

The Survivor case for iPhone X is an excellent item. I originally wanted an Otterbox so I could do the case and screen protection at the same time but the Otterbox cases sold at Best Buy do not offer screen protection so I opted for the Survivor. It turned out to be an excellent choice which provides great protection with the added bonus of being cheaper than the Otterbox.

This off shore customer care is garbage. I spent over an hour on the phone talking to script readers. No knowledge at all. I think this will be my last Best Buy purchase. Straight trash. Overselling items training associates to sell even if it could be sold out but still showing in the system.

Received gift cards with purchase of a new apple I phone. Was able to use these cards to purchase all my accessories for my new phone including a case, screen protector and extra charger. Great value as I saved so much money by getting this offer from Best Buy.

I wanted to stick with my Apple 6plus IPhkme because I loved it but needed a new screen. Best Buy offered a similar phone but was S model with more memory and my monthly payment went down due to the low phone cost. They offered this phone new and everywhere else it was offered refurbished so I was vet happy to find it here!

I used my geek squad protection on my washer machine and the tech came out and repaired the washer in two visits. The first visit he evaluated the issue and then ordered the part. When the part arrived the next appointment was set up he showed up on time and installed the part. The tech was great and professional.

The worst customer service ever. I was supposed to get a credit to my bank account. Instead, I received a credit to my Best Buy Credit Card. I don't want a credit to my BB card because I don't intend to use it again,

To be honest I have no idea what I am reviewing but it stated it was in store. I wanted to write a review anyways because I absolutely love Best Buy, especially the store in my area. Everyone is very nice and polite and knowledgeable. I visit the store once every week or two for no reason other to look around at all the new tech.

Purchased an Apple iWatch 1st gen and just loved it. My wife was so impressed, we went back to Best Buy and got her one too. Both work great and we love using them for messaging each other and data on watch face at a glance. No need to pull out the iPhones anymore.

I think the Geek Squad is amazing. I signed up when I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy 8. They are pleasant in dealing, very knowledgeable, and always seem to fix my problems. I can't get better service anywhere else for less than $10/mo.

The main reason for this decision was because the drivers within Clark County NV are more reckless than the drivers in the state in which we previously lived. The cameras were purchased more so for protective measures. We hope they are never used for that intended purpose. The price of the devices along with the installation was all a reasonable price.

Has not been put to the test to see how well my iPhone screen is protected, however, it came highly recommended. I certainly encourage screen protection especially if you have no maintenance plan because replacement/repair can be very expensive.

Terrible customer service. Called the wrong number for scheduling a delivery. Couldn’t find the address after continuing to call the incorrect number and then cancelled the order without notification and blamed the customer. Absolutely terrible customer service and communication

I needed help with my account an my iPhone 7+ due to the Home button being broke. They where great to talk to an explain my issue. Very. Very detailed in what they where dealing with an smart. Took care of my issue An so much more thanks.

I will continue to shop at Best Buy because their staff is always very kind and helpful. I rarely have to seek out an associate when I am in need of some assistance. Geek Squad Protection plans are the best in the business too.

So I purchased an LG G5 and a free 28" smart LG TV came with it. The television is great. It has loads of options for customizations and is compatible with lots of devices. I would reccomend purchasing this product if you are on a budget but receiving it free left me with no complaints. I love the LG brand.

I bought geek squad protection when I purchased my phone and I hate to say it but it came in handy. I dropped my phone and cracked my screen and thankfully with the protection plan was able to replace it without any problems. Much better than dealing with assurion which I had through AT&T.
