Love Apple care the absolute best coverage I have ever had! Never a issue with fixing or replacing! The best descion I made was to buy my phone from Best Buy and not have insurance with my carrier! No heafty insurance fees! And so much cheaper! The most coverage for for less money! Awesome

The best warranty ever! Bought my Gear Fit 2 about 2 yrs ago. My charger just stopped working. Went into my local Best Buy and was treated very professionally and respectfully. Definitely will recommend to family and friends!

This protection is not just cheaper than my carrier, but offers more! Its nice to have local service and the ability to go or call the source if needed and KNOW they stand behind their contract! Super nice, patient and Knowledgeable!

Attempted to buy a gift card online That action never completed and indicated as declined However, the money was held from My Account Now Best Buy says that they cannot cancel the transaction and the bank says that Best Buy must cancel the transaction. Otherwise the funds are being held for 30 days.

i bought a Best Buy gift card for someone. my disappointment with the gift cards is that almost all of them are specific to an occasion such as birthday, thank you, holidays, etc... i simply want a generic gift card. i usually have to spend several minutes pawing through them to find one or settle for another.

I went to my local Best Buy on my lunch break looking to purchase a blu ray for a Christmas gift. Upon entering I was immediately greeted and directed to the item I wished to purchase. I stood in line and checked out in total time about 5 minutes. Friendly and efficient experience!

Got a new Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Very happy with the phone and its features. But, most of all we always get our phones at Best Buy. Excellent service, quick activation, and good selection. Plus, the deals they have are always better that what my carrier is offering.

Yeah well mine's not so nice I purchased the alienware open box same as new they charged me $2,533 The next day it was 2203 I called them up on the phone and told them and by the time I got off the phone back and looked at it it was gone I returned my product because I was so mad at what happened that my price would lower in the 12 hours after I purchased it

Getting the protection plan saved me when I purchased my new phone. Within a few days of having it the entire screen cracked while I was waiting for my temper glass in the mail. But since I had the protection plan I was able to get a new phone with just a small down payment.

This phone case is so great, especially for my 9 year old son! It's camo print, and he loves it because he goes hunting a lot with his pawpaw. I like that it has a bright orange rubber lining around the edge so I can see it. Very durable. Otter box is a great brand.

I was impressed with the level of customer service I received to purchase a new phone. I was brand loyal to Samsung Note products. However, due to recent issues with the new products, the Best Buy reps helped me make the best decision to stay within the Samsung family.

normally don't purchase insurance on my phone. However, I was sure about doing so this time. The phone I had before got wet and was beyond repair. So, when the guy asked about apple care, I knew I didn't dare pass. I've not had to use it, but having it gives me peace of mind!

I am not a religious iPhone user, but this is my 4th version and I continue to appreciate the entertainment bells and whistles Apple comes up with. The icing on the cake with this version is an OS I find to be a natural transition from the previous version, and my personal favorite feature - the ability to remove all the useless Apple Apps I don't use.

Took my computer to store for repair. Was not repaired and there is NO WAY to contact the store. Am a member of their Best Buy club. Great membership benefits!

I really love my new iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB. I am a lifelong Android User so the move was a little scary but with this new phone, it's been amazing. I haven't had a single issue with the phone. It's fast and the huge storage is top notch for sure. Would recommend

Significantly smaller than the original Xbox ONE. Doesn't seem to get as hot as the original either. Not much in the way of an upgrade from XBONE unless you will be utilizing the 4k. The new Battlefield game is amazing as well.

The two women in there are great they make you feel welcome and help you as best as they can to get the product you want. I've been going to this store for a couple years now and will continue to go as long as they are there.
