did not help to purchase this. not honored when I needed it.

A washing machine is a simpler one that doesn’t have all the gadgets and options. We have had both high-end and simple. We have chosen simple due to the fact of cost and reliability. This machine is super reliable. Is that an amazing job for us?.

As always the help we receive at Best Buy is always superb.

I needed an inexpensive printer copier for my desk to keep from having to go to the network printer copier in my wife’s office. The printer works great but the copier leaves a great deal to be desired. Whether I use the feed tray or the bed, the copies come out with spacing issues. A two page document came out as three and then four pages when I tried to copy it to my files.

I ordered a 40in TV and when it arrived it would not work. I then went to return it after I called customer service and staying on the phone for an hour and when I got there they refused to exchange or refund me because they said the TV that was in the box didn’t match the serial numbers. So, when my TV that was delivered from Best Buy was delivered to my home what was in the box didn’t match up. And that’s my fault? I ordered the TV to be delivered for the convenience and it turned into a huge hassle. Worst cutomer service ever!

we CANCELLED our $4,200+ order Twice we were stood up for installations / the second time we were told the technician would arrive between 7-7, they called at 11 and cancelled, Cost me TWO days out of work!!! Went to ABC Warrhousr A+

Did not know the Samsung TV doesn’t display good color when looked at from an angle rather than stroon
