Better be careful before you order online
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered a 40in TV and when it arrived it would not work. I then went to return it after I called customer service and staying on the phone for an hour and when I got there they refused to exchange or refund me because they said the TV that was in the box didn’t match the serial numbers. So, when my TV that was delivered from Best Buy was delivered to my home what was in the box didn’t match up. And that’s my fault? I ordered the TV to be delivered for the convenience and it turned into a huge hassle. Worst cutomer service ever!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.we CANCELLED our $4,200+ order Twice we were stood up for installations / the second time we were told the technician would arrive between 7-7, they called at 11 and cancelled, Cost me TWO days out of work!!! Went to ABC Warrhousr A+
