worst credit card ever DO NOT GET. I have been charged for a membership on a iphone for years and cannot cancel. Good luck trying to get a live person ALL Automated. Tried to cancel my card no luck the charges keep coming. DO NOT USE BEST BUY CARDs.

Recently purchased a Sony 55 inch 4k TV. Model 900e. This is one of the best pictures I have seen. Very easy, straight forward setup. This TV also streams very well. No buffering or chopping of the video clip.

I needed to replace my cell phone and I chose Best Buy. They are so helpful, explain the features and benefits AND give you a great tutorial on how to use it. I will purchase my next phone from Best Buy!

i use my tablet quite often when i travel and i love knowing that it is protected by insurance should the unthinkable happen and it is damaged . i know that the repairs will be covered. great peace of mind for me.

My 60” Sharp Tv was the Best investment I made. The colors are Amazing and had No problems. My guest always say what amazing sharpness and the colors are Excellent. I truelly recomend a Sharp Tv purchase!!

I purchased my new Galaxy S8 from Best Buy and got the 2 year protection plan by Geek Squad. I would highly recommend this as it's only about $8 a month for complete protection. Geek squad is excellent!

This system sounds perfect for CDs, smart tv, DVD and even the radio. Very happy I went to Best Buy and the sales person knew understood what I wanted and guided me correctly but, they always have.

The price is reasonable compared to other phone service plan I've had the protection plan for years and this year I needed it twice. One time, I lost the phone and the other for a repair.

If you are any Apple products, AppleCare is a MUST. I dropped my phone & my screen cracked for the first time in nearly 10 years with AppleCare I only had to pay 29.00 including tax to get it fixed!

I think my best buy is great because it helps you keep tabs on all the purchases you make as well as learn about the product and the purchase details if you ever need to go back for reference.

Went to look for a tv for the spare room.With many tv's to choose from, decided on the Samsung 32"UHD 4K tv, "wow"what awesome picture.The Best thing is purchased for $229...Thanks "BEST BUY"!!!

As a Contractor I usually do not carry my cell phone while working in ceilings/basements but, having watch on my wrist I do not miss calls or text and in case of emergency I am still able to get help

Best Buy’s employees customer service has been wonderful each and every time I shop in store. Always someone asking if you need help, always knowledgeable and willing to make suggestions.

I absolutely love my Galaxy Note 8. I love all of its features and boy did I miss the S-Pen that I didnt have on my Galaxy S6 Edge plus. I cant wait for the Note 9 when they make it lol

I wish that all Best Buy’s were apple certified. This would make it easier for apple products to be troubleshooted instead of finding a different retailer that I’ve never dealt with

The Hicense television I bought less than four years ago already crapped out I didn’t have the extended warranty so I guess it’s my fault? Also, the Roku sound bar also crapped out.

Having best buy warranty was worth paying as I got sand in my camera from taking shots for people on a very high windy day. They were able to clean it great and works perfectly fine.

I don't have any issues with Microsoft Office loading closing and using its features, etc. One draw back is subscription annually. I think $70 a year is a bit high in price. Best Buy made renewing very easy & quickly, a great time saver especially for busy working people.

After taking about an hour to get our new iPhones set up, we were really glad Best Buy had the cooler of drinks and snacks at the counter available to purchase. Kept our kids quiet!
