The Survivor case for iPhone X is an excellent item. I originally wanted an Otterbox so I could do the case and screen protection at the same time but the Otterbox cases sold at Best Buy do not offer screen protection so I opted for the Survivor. It turned out to be an excellent choice which provides great protection with the added bonus of being cheaper than the Otterbox.

Ordered a “TopGear” DVD collection as a Christmas gift. Did not get what I ordered. Received instead a “Aunt Maud” dvd collection. Contacted the online seller. They didn’t have what I ordered in stock. I tried to initiate an online return. The day I received this order, the online return status changed to “Not available” for return. Went to the local BB store, Geek squad Mgr said online returns from a 3rd party seller were not possible at the store. I am out $162.00 without any recourse. BBB Wont buy this way again. Expensive and disappointing!

I was recently informed that a promotional purchase I made 1 year ago for $600 was expiring with a balance due of over $200. Since this purchase, there have been several other purchases made, but none on a promotion. I have made over $1200 in payments to Best Buy since this purchase, but only less than $400 of it was applied to this purchase. This is very poor customer service snd communication with Best Buy, and they have likely lost me as a customer because of this. The 2 agents I spoke with were very curt and unwilling to reason with me.

I went to the Best Buy in Greenville to get help purchasing a gaming PC. Unfortunately, the salesperson I worked with repeatedly tried to upsell me instead of listening to what I was clearly asking for, which was a specific model. I told him at least four times that I was not interested in spending $1,000 on a PC that I knew wouldn’t get much use, yet he continued to push higher-priced options. He also kept addressing me as “bro,” and at one point asked, “Why don’t you want to spend the money, bro?” which I found unprofessional. Eventually, I thanked him for his time and left. This could have been an easy sale if he had simply listened. I’ve been in sales for 30 years, and Sales 101 is listening to the customer. Do better, Bestbuy.

Don't buy from the Best Buy website. We purchased an ice maker online. It stopped working 30 days after purchase. Being a member i expected Best Buy to stand behind the product. They did not. Since i bought it online they said to contact the manufacturer who in turn did not stand by their product. So im just out $350 after 30 days. Best Buy stole my $$$.

Tulsa, Ok- first time I have been in a Bestbuy store did not honor my 100% Disabled vet status with a discount. I understand it is up to the local manager but i guess this local manager doesnt care about the soldiers who fought for his/her freedom. I won't return to this bestbuy as this should be a benefit across all Bestbuys.

I ordered an iPad. It said it was delivered to me and signed by FedEx. But that’s not true, I was never home and the website stated it was delivered somewhere else. I called a total of 5 times and they said it would be reshipped to the store. They said someone would contact me regarding the order but none ever did. Now it’s been almost 3 weeks and they told me they didn’t know when it would arrive. I could have received this product from Apple in 2 days flat. Very disappointed with the lack of attention to the issue.

Received gift cards with purchase of a new apple I phone. Was able to use these cards to purchase all my accessories for my new phone including a case, screen protector and extra charger. Great value as I saved so much money by getting this offer from Best Buy.

I wanted to stick with my Apple 6plus IPhkme because I loved it but needed a new screen. Best Buy offered a similar phone but was S model with more memory and my monthly payment went down due to the low phone cost. They offered this phone new and everywhere else it was offered refurbished so I was vet happy to find it here!

I used my geek squad protection on my washer machine and the tech came out and repaired the washer in two visits. The first visit he evaluated the issue and then ordered the part. When the part arrived the next appointment was set up he showed up on time and installed the part. The tech was great and professional.

To be honest I have no idea what I am reviewing but it stated it was in store. I wanted to write a review anyways because I absolutely love Best Buy, especially the store in my area. Everyone is very nice and polite and knowledgeable. I visit the store once every week or two for no reason other to look around at all the new tech.

Purchased an Apple iWatch 1st gen and just loved it. My wife was so impressed, we went back to Best Buy and got her one too. Both work great and we love using them for messaging each other and data on watch face at a glance. No need to pull out the iPhones anymore.

Cheaply made. The operating system and interface are good but the camera, audio (even when using Bluetooth), and design are lacking.

The main reason for this decision was because the drivers within Clark County NV are more reckless than the drivers in the state in which we previously lived. The cameras were purchased more so for protective measures. We hope they are never used for that intended purpose. The price of the devices along with the installation was all a reasonable price.

I think the Geek Squad is amazing. I signed up when I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy 8. They are pleasant in dealing, very knowledgeable, and always seem to fix my problems. I can't get better service anywhere else for less than $10/mo.

Has not been put to the test to see how well my iPhone screen is protected, however, it came highly recommended. I certainly encourage screen protection especially if you have no maintenance plan because replacement/repair can be very expensive.

If I could leave negative reviews, I would. This entire experience was an ABSOLUTE joke. They sold a TV that they could not get back in stock— we waited over 8 weeks and they kept back ordering with little to no contact. When I finally speak with a supervisor to exchange the TV, they were basically like no, that’s not happening. The most ABSURD and difficult process. Should be considered a scam. I’ve never seen a business waste someone’s time the way mine was. Almost THREE HOURS on the phone with these people to end up with a refund and a “sorry”

I needed help with my account an my iPhone 7+ due to the Home button being broke. They where great to talk to an explain my issue. Very. Very detailed in what they where dealing with an smart. Took care of my issue An so much more thanks.

I will continue to shop at Best Buy because their staff is always very kind and helpful. I rarely have to seek out an associate when I am in need of some assistance. Geek Squad Protection plans are the best in the business too.

I loved this movie in the theaters and I love it that I have it in my home. If your a fan of the musical genre than you should check this out with beautiful steelbook casing.
