So I purchased an LG G5 and a free 28" smart LG TV came with it. The television is great. It has loads of options for customizations and is compatible with lots of devices. I would reccomend purchasing this product if you are on a budget but receiving it free left me with no complaints. I love the LG brand.

I've been a Geek Squad member for many years. Just had an awful experience for which I pay a lot of money. I called for service because one of my TVs crapped out. Was on hold for 29 minutes. Finally some heavily accented guy came on Between his accent and all the background noise from other agents he was barely understandable. All I wanted was an appointment for someone to come and check out my TV. That took another 25 minutes. All they could tell me was on the day of the appointment he would be there between 7 AM and 7 PM. And I have to pay $93 for the visit. Seriously considering cancelling my membership.

I bought geek squad protection when I purchased my phone and I hate to say it but it came in handy. I dropped my phone and cracked my screen and thankfully with the protection plan was able to replace it without any problems. Much better than dealing with assurion which I had through AT&T.

Love Apple care the absolute best coverage I have ever had! Never a issue with fixing or replacing! The best descion I made was to buy my phone from Best Buy and not have insurance with my carrier! No heafty insurance fees! And so much cheaper! The most coverage for for less money! Awesome

My experience with the IN STORE Representative was wonderful. He helped me put together a great security system with Ring. It is almost $900 to install just a few wired products. Almost half of what the items cost me. Calling customer service is terrible. Most don't speak clear English and is very frustrating to have to repeat over and over. They should have English, press 1. And actually have a person who first language is English.

This protection is not just cheaper than my carrier, but offers more! Its nice to have local service and the ability to go or call the source if needed and KNOW they stand behind their contract! Super nice, patient and Knowledgeable!

The best warranty ever! Bought my Gear Fit 2 about 2 yrs ago. My charger just stopped working. Went into my local Best Buy and was treated very professionally and respectfully. Definitely will recommend to family and friends!

i bought a Best Buy gift card for someone. my disappointment with the gift cards is that almost all of them are specific to an occasion such as birthday, thank you, holidays, etc... i simply want a generic gift card. i usually have to spend several minutes pawing through them to find one or settle for another.

I enjoy shopping at this Best Buy Store as the employees are friendly and most helpful as needed. This store is clean, spacious, and offers a wide selection of products. It’s location is very accessible for me in distance from home & the traffic conditions are a breeze.

I went to my local Best Buy on my lunch break looking to purchase a blu ray for a Christmas gift. Upon entering I was immediately greeted and directed to the item I wished to purchase. I stood in line and checked out in total time about 5 minutes. Friendly and efficient experience!

Over the last few years i have spent over 10,000 with best buy. I recently bought a full motion mount for my large tv that i had bought from best buy. I have now had 3 different install appointment dates and still no install. Tiwce now they have scheduled and been a no show without even calling to let me know. The last time i talked to customer service and they assured me it wouldn't happen again. WELL IT DID! That is horrible to do a customer that way. This is how you lose your loyal and future customers. I ordered online at Wilmington store location.

Got a new Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Very happy with the phone and its features. But, most of all we always get our phones at Best Buy. Excellent service, quick activation, and good selection. Plus, the deals they have are always better that what my carrier is offering.

Getting the protection plan saved me when I purchased my new phone. Within a few days of having it the entire screen cracked while I was waiting for my temper glass in the mail. But since I had the protection plan I was able to get a new phone with just a small down payment.

I scheduled a service appointment for my laptop with Geek Squad yesterday morning. Three hours later I got a price increase notice for the service contract, and it wasn't renewal time. So the appointment triggered an increase. Horrible experience. So stupid. My esteem for Best Buy has tanked.

This phone case is so great, especially for my 9 year old son! It's camo print, and he loves it because he goes hunting a lot with his pawpaw. I like that it has a bright orange rubber lining around the edge so I can see it. Very durable. Otter box is a great brand.

I was impressed with the level of customer service I received to purchase a new phone. I was brand loyal to Samsung Note products. However, due to recent issues with the new products, the Best Buy reps helped me make the best decision to stay within the Samsung family.

normally don't purchase insurance on my phone. However, I was sure about doing so this time. The phone I had before got wet and was beyond repair. So, when the guy asked about apple care, I knew I didn't dare pass. I've not had to use it, but having it gives me peace of mind!
