Credit Card Mess

I have been charged for a membership on a iphone for years and cannot cancel. Good luck trying to get a live person ALL Automated. Tried to cancel my card no luck the charges keep coming. DO NOT USE BEST BUY CARDs.

Webroot Virus Protection

Spent hours with them and they wrote me off. Best Buy is not standing behind their product that they sold to me.

Galaxy Note 7 Geek Squad Protection

They seemed to forget the fact that they needed to cancel this service when I returned it. I just found out that I am still paying for the service even though the phone was recalled months ago. So I have this GSP for a phone that no longer exists.

Great phones

We enjoy the phones apps and the screens are huge and easy to read and the trade in helped a lot on lowering our cost.
