Have not needed to use it but purchased its so if I need it is is there. I have had it previously and did use it and it was worth the price.

I scheduled a service appointment for my laptop with Geek Squad yesterday morning. Three hours later I got a price increase notice for the service contract, and it wasn't renewal time. So the appointment triggered an increase. Horrible experience. So stupid. My esteem for Best Buy has tanked.

I had 3 issues that I took online to Geek Squad. Three times they did not correct the problem. I went to local store 3 times and the problem was not solved. The GS did manage to erase 1+ yrs of photos, documents, music and some software that is no longer available WITHOUT forewarning me. After testing my hard drive on the first visit and telling me it was in good shape, I was told on the 3rd visit that my hard drive was bad and needed to be replaced. From various flash drives and partial backups that I had done, much of the material has been returned (except the past 1+ yrs). This returned info has been duplicated and quadrupled through my computer. As a result, finding something is difficult. The one backup the GS did (about 15 months earlier did not cover some of my information.

IPhone 7 Plus works great and no problems so far..

Bought a TCL smart Tv. Had issues from the beginning. They won’t stand behind warranty. Won’t swap out Tv. Won’t help at all. Admitted it was a piece of junk

Buy Best has done me so Dirty. With a FICA score of 750 or higher, I dare Best Buy to close my account. No reason, other than when I changed banking institution & moving money from one account to another! I was never late! I am over it! Thanks for showing me the real Best Buy!

This off shore customer care is garbage. I spent over an hour on the phone talking to script readers. No knowledge at all. I think this will be my last Best Buy purchase. Straight trash. Overselling items training associates to sell even if it could be sold out but still showing in the system.

The worst customer service ever. I was supposed to get a credit to my bank account. Instead, I received a credit to my Best Buy Credit Card. I don't want a credit to my BB card because I don't intend to use it again,

Attempted to buy a gift card online That action never completed and indicated as declined However, the money was held from My Account Now Best Buy says that they cannot cancel the transaction and the bank says that Best Buy must cancel the transaction. Otherwise the funds are being held for 30 days.

Yeah well mine's not so nice I purchased the alienware open box same as new they charged me $2,533 The next day it was 2203 I called them up on the phone and told them and by the time I got off the phone back and looked at it it was gone I returned my product because I was so mad at what happened that my price would lower in the 12 hours after I purchased it

So I purchased a monthly geeksquad protection for my now recalled galaxy note 7. They seemed to forget the fact that they needed to cancel this service when I returned it. I just found out that I am still paying for the service even though the phone was recalled months ago. So I have this GSP for a phone that no longer exists.

Best Buy is not the place to purchase stuff from. They said they delivered my item and I contacted them and they didn’t work with me to resolve my issue.

Terrible customer service. Called the wrong number for scheduling a delivery. Couldn’t find the address after continuing to call the incorrect number and then cancelled the order without notification and blamed the customer. Absolutely terrible customer service and communication

Even with lines of people attempting to buy hard to get pokemon. They don’t keep you updated na shave their employees and friends buy all their product available

Took my computer to store for repair. Was not repaired and there is NO WAY to contact the store. Am a member of their Best Buy club. Great membership benefits!

worst credit card ever DO NOT GET. I have been charged for a membership on a iphone for years and cannot cancel. Good luck trying to get a live person ALL Automated. Tried to cancel my card no luck the charges keep coming. DO NOT USE BEST BUY CARDs.

The two I phones have been great we have appreciated the Best Buy customer service that we got and the quality of product and rebate and warranty is the best. We enjoy the phones apps and the screens are huge and easy to read and the trade in helped a lot on lowering our cost.

Poor customer service. Service has gone down so significantly it’s truly disappointing

A BB member spent over 3 hours to setup a new HP printer. It seemed to be working but, It was not working. Many issues, as I spent over 8 hours on the phone and it still didn’t work.
