Webroot Virus Protection

Spent hours with them and they wrote me off. Best Buy is not standing behind their product that they sold to me.

Also, the Roku sound bar also crapped out.

expensive for what it covers

I was then told it is covered, but I have to pay a $200 dollar deductible to get it fixed. For that amount, I could buy a new unlocked phone.
