I always buy a warranty with expensive devices because I always someone break them. I've sent a few.laptops in and they were fixed with no issue.

I'm very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone. Purchase it from Best buy because I've had bad luck getting it from Amazon!!

Best buy has fhe best insurance plan. You dont have to send your phone in the mail. You just take it to a location and thwy do everything they can to help.

Great if you are clumsy with your phone. I cracked my screen and they fixed it the same day I took it in. Well worth the 8$ a month if you ask me

Doing the new iPhone every year plan and leasing through Best Buy means if you break it, you buy it. I shattered my screen and Apple care was able to help!

best buy does really good and has improved over the years for internet sales and store pickup, fast, gets the product ready for pickup right away.

I absolutely love my phone have had for 2 years now and Best Buy was very reasonable and affordable with pricing and adding on the Apple care.

Great product, great service! We had to replace the screen on our iPhone, using AppleCare was easy and quick. We had our phone back within an hour!

Bought for my wife. She loves the color and has all the functions you need. Nice design. Easy to keep clean and does not take up much counter space.

My husband and I both decided to try out Geeo Squad protection for our Google Pixel cellphones, however, when my phone was water damaged and I needed the screen replaced they didn't even try to help me. They didn't open the phone to check it, nor attempt to diagnose it. They also had NO replacements in stock. No local Best Buy did either! So their solution was for me to either pick an LG G6 or an iPhone. Obviously this is not a great solution considering that if I had wanted either of those devices I would have originally gotten one, but I chose the Pixel and wanted MY phone fixed if possible. Geek Squad blamed their lack of inventory on Google, but we called Google and they said they had plenty in stock and that if Best Buy wanted to replenish their stock they easily could. So I went to IBreakiFix and got my phone fixed and had it back by the next day. So we called Geek Squad for a refund on our insurance because we paid for a service they failed to provide, and they wouldn't even honor that! We had to fight with them for hours and speak to MANY customer service reps only to be told they couldn't help us, assured us the store could. When we got to the store, guess what they said? Call customer care. Complete waste of time, gas, stress, energy, etc. Would not recommend Geek Squad at all.

Have not needed to use it but purchased its so if I need it is is there. I have had it previously and did use it and it was worth the price.

I had 3 issues that I took online to Geek Squad. Three times they did not correct the problem. I went to local store 3 times and the problem was not solved. The GS did manage to erase 1+ yrs of photos, documents, music and some software that is no longer available WITHOUT forewarning me. After testing my hard drive on the first visit and telling me it was in good shape, I was told on the 3rd visit that my hard drive was bad and needed to be replaced. From various flash drives and partial backups that I had done, much of the material has been returned (except the past 1+ yrs). This returned info has been duplicated and quadrupled through my computer. As a result, finding something is difficult. The one backup the GS did (about 15 months earlier did not cover some of my information.

So I purchased a monthly geeksquad protection for my now recalled galaxy note 7. They seemed to forget the fact that they needed to cancel this service when I returned it. I just found out that I am still paying for the service even though the phone was recalled months ago. So I have this GSP for a phone that no longer exists.

The two I phones have been great we have appreciated the Best Buy customer service that we got and the quality of product and rebate and warranty is the best. We enjoy the phones apps and the screens are huge and easy to read and the trade in helped a lot on lowering our cost.
