Not my kind of funny
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was the first Dane Cook movie I have ever watched. I know he's known for being crude (and that's not my thing), but I tried to go into this with an open mind. I think this movie has some really funny parts, but the onslaught of over-the-top profanity and crudeness kind of got to me after a while. Yes, Cook plays a guy who is supposed to be a huge jerk to women (that's his side job) and he meets his match and love interest in Kate Hudson, but he probably used the "F" word a hundred times, along with every derogatory word for females that the mind can conceive. This is just not my brand of humor, so I can't really say I would watch it again.
This review is from My Best Friend's Girl [DVD] [2008]

Just another Cook movie
