This is a very unique experience and I was pleasd with the quality. I didn't think the effects could be so amazing at home, i figured the theatre version would be the best, but this came really close, i would say it was about 85% as good as the theatre version; however, this is way more than i expected!

The special effects alone is well worth the movie. It is also a great movie.

This movie is packed with 3D action. In fact its one of the better 3D effects out. I do have to admitt the story is a little dull, but the 3D makes up for it all. I dont understand the other reviews, like ghosting, it being the old 3D. I have had no ghosting on my 82inch dlp 3d tv and it is the new blu ray 3D. Maybe some people have there settings on there tv wrong. But this is a great 3D movie.

the movie is pretty good, and highley gory. all around its pretty good but it has a major flaw....... THE 3D PART SUCKS. im glad it has the regular version in it as well

It has the best 3D picture quality movie that I have seen to date.

Not the greatest movie in the world, but it does look pretty good in 3D. I wouldnt touch this movie with a 10 foot pole in 2D, but its worth a couple of viewings if you have a new 3D TV and need something to watch.

This is actually a pretty decent remake compared to others that have been made in the last couple of years. The axe picking murder is on the loose and is aiming for anyone involved with the past murders in the town of Harmony. The gore is average the same for the deaths and acting could of been better. The over all film is fun. Starring Jaime King, Kerr Smith, Jensen Ackles & Betsy Rue

This was the first 3D movie I saw in the theater so when I finally got a 3D TV and blu-ray player I had to own this movie! The story is great, lots of good, bloody action and the 3D is amazing! Now, I'm still waiting for the sequel.

This 3D horror is sure to make you jump out of your seat and the twists and turns is bound to keep you engaged! The makers could have done a better job on the dead bodies, but if you're more into thrills than gore than this is irrelevant.

This is by far my best 3D experience with my TV. Really was well done and great story!

The first movie I bought in 3d is great! You will feel more conected to the movie than with the blu ray

Well i got this movie thinking it would be good, and it sucked as worse movie i have ever seen. It says its 3D but its really not, you would be better off watching it in 2D form on a standard DVD player. On one good side i did get the movie on sale for $10.00 which is cheap, considering how much 3D blu-rays are costing, like $30 to 35.00 dollars which is CRAZY and OVERPRICED for a movie. They should only be around $15 at the most. They have this paticular movie in a 3D blu-ray but it cost $35.00 which is a WASTE of money so DO NOT buy this movie. It has not plot theme whatsoever. In fact i took this movie to Half Price Books store an they only gave me 75 cents for it. I would wait for some better 3D movies to come out like Avatar in 3D when comes out.

I saw it in theatres and I loved it so naturally I needed to buy it as soon as it came out. I don't really know what the difference between this one and the more expensive one is... but I opted to save the five bucks. It was a good movie and the 3D makes the movie fun.

the acting is great the suspence is great keep u on ur toes ur always gussing who it is who harry i or is it harry who hes comming for next this is a movie u have to see if u like horror and like to be on ur feet lots of supence

Bought this to add to horror film collection. Only motivation was Jensen Ackles presence, but wasn't disappointed with film.

THE BEST 3D MOVIE I HAVE EVER SEEN A REAL WINNER IFYOU LIKE HORROR BLOOD AND 3D ITS A MUST SEE

Got this movie the day it came out on blu ray 3d dvd. One word describes it "GHOSTING". Its the worst ghosting I have seen yet. Wow, Its hard to watch. I tried the samsund 3d player first, then the ps3. Ghosting in the same places with different machines. I tried picture correction in the 3d options on the tv, that fixed nothing. I did find that if you adjust the view point in the 3d tv options you could hide the ghosting but it would be that paticular instance only. It would be ghosting to the right in one scene and then ghosting to the left on the next scene. I mean bad. Sometimes it looked like you were not even wearing glasses, there would be two of something. I will not let anyone at my house watch this movie in 3d because its embaressing how bad it looks. There are a few scenes that look cool but there are many many more that look bad.
