    The item was delivered to the wrong address by UPS, even though it is a business address and was open. Fortunately, the person who received the package was honest and after opening it realized they didn't order the item. As for the item, it was an open box and appears in new condition. I just need to charge it to shee if it is OK.

    This is very handy for a person on the road traveling without a car charger for their device. It does charge but not nearly as fast as the ac adapter and chord that may have some with your device. I found it especially helpful when at the airport waiting on flights or transportation. Best buy does not offer a warranty on this battery.
