Heavy , rep told me it was two USB ports . But there was only one. Clip falls off frequently.

I used this power bank for a few months and it worked really well at first with my phone, however I then used it to charge up a couple Playstation 4 controllers and a set of bluetooth headphones and it destroyed them all. It left all three devices burned out and none of them would charge or turn on anymore. I don't use this anymore for fear of damaging more items. This powerbank has the capability of putting out more than the standard 5 volts, but normally it is supposed to only give more if the devices ask for it. Terrible product considering it cost $150 or so to replace my damaged devices.

We love the Mycharge battery, we have bought a few of them. The only one we bought that has never been good is the mycharge Adventure plus, that one has never kept a charge.

This is durable and once I understood that both USB-C were not charging ports, it made more sense on why one pho e was charging and not the other. It does drain fast so it doesn't last all day. It gets the job done but I need one that charges for longer hours.

This is the only battery charging pack you will ever need unless you buy the bigger one, which they both have the turbo charge! This phone battery pack lasts for several days, charging my phone when I'm out "back country" camping! I rely heavily on it! It is small and compact but rugged and extremely well made! You can charge 2 things at once such as a phone and tablet, although that does effect the life of the battery pack charger. Also, the battery pack charge only takes about an hour or so to fully charge if you have your vehicle near by or other 12 volt charging device. You just can't go wrong, I think that the " My Charge" battery pack chargers are the best out there and I've had several other brands! I'm now using the larger one because I thought I had lost this smaller one and I was going on another back country camping trip and needed the charger badly....I ordered the larger one from Amazon because it was on sale $20.00 cheaper (although I do like to support Best Buy more) I didn't get the charger in time for my trip! I should've just went into the Best Buy store!!! But good news, I found my lost charger before the trip thank goodness yeppie!!! So now my granddaughter has the small charger and she ABSOLUTELY loves the battery pack! The one she had literally took all day to charge, like 7am to possibly 2am to fully charge, sometimes longer than that! It did hold it's charge for a long time but very inconvenient, and it weighed a ton! So yes, I highly recommend both of these battery pack chargers! I paid $49.00 for the small one in store, and $59.00 for the larger one online as it was on sale. It is waterproof and they both have turbo charge!!!

This is a great idea to have for a just in case. I got it for my son who loves to hike and explore in off grid places.
