    MyCharge Adventure lasted 3 months then stopped charging. Customer service is terrible, its all zendesk AI. They ask yo the same questions over and over with no resolutions. You proved receipts and pics then you get another email asking to to charge the unit . They are a joke DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM

    I bought this bank because the advertising promised lots of charging hours. I chose this one over a wireless one because I wanted the extra charging power. It only lasts one charge before I have to recharge the bank.

    This product is water proof, dirt proof and shock proof which are good elements to have built in a protable charger cool. when I charged it the first time it was easy but the sexond time it didnt charge at all bummer.

    the C cable is not working but the rest of the ports work just fine. Might return.

    wish i could say something good about it i really do. i reaslly want to write a good review about at least 1 item that i have purchased through BEST buy. because really the track record stinks.! this work 1 time. since then it wont charge or hold a charge at all.

    I bought one of these for a trip. Tried it when i got home and it charged my phone well. Plugged it in to recharge the battery pack and it would not recharge. Tried trouble shooting it and still would not charge. I exchanged it at Best Buy, got it home and the exact same thing happened. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. Especially after reading these other reviews. Seems they have a quality issue. I ended up buying a different brand altogether.

    I had one of these chargers for 3 years before it finally wore out and was always good for several charges. This new one just doesnt have the staying power and endurance. Very disappointing

    Worked well, but only a few times. We used this specifically for river trips and it quit after about 10 charges.

    What good is durable if it doesn’t work?

    Barely used this until a recent trip. Made sure I had a full charge. Second day into the trip, the ports no longer work. I can charge the battery up, but the outgoing ports don’t work. Find something more reliable.

    This product lasted just over a year. It was a great charger and was one o my favorite go-to's for charging on the go. That is until it decided to stop charging and is now a useless paperweight.

    It broke after 30 days. I was in Vietnam so I wasn’t able to return it or exchange it in time, so I just threw it away. Super annoying to spend a decent amount of change just to have it break like this.

    Stops working after few hours of use time

    Not even 3 days in and it wont work...It worked for a few hours on my first use when I had it for 2 days then suddenly it stops working and still doesnt work. I plugged it into an outlet, car, usb, nothing. Not worth the purchase and will return when I come back home
