I have used this battery pack to recharge my phone for five days. I have had other battery packs and they did not last past two days. I’m thinking of purchasing another one for my daughter.

I like the battery have no complaints I needed a battery that could sustain myself phone if it ran low during a hurricane or any other emergency.

Decided to get a bit nicer of a battery bank, perfect for a longer camping trip, and just keeping with me. Probably charged my phone and watch 4-6 times or more on this thing! It’s great!

Just right! I always have a charge phone battery handy for vacation and around the home for then I go not want to away from my phone but it needs a power source.

I was able to chrage my phone 4 times before I needed to plug in the external battery. Works great for all of my rechargeable devices.

This did the job but was so bulky it didn't suit my purposes so I ended up returning it.

Bought one for my wife, one for our daughter and one for our son. They love it and its one of the best power banks we've bought from Bestbuy

This is an excellent charger i can take with me anywhere and it lasts for over 5 days before i have to plug it in to recharge. Simply a very good product.

Happy with product. We use this for our Go Pro and the clip is very conveniant for hanging on the backstop. Has a long life.

When I say this charges you phone fast I mean it. It charges my iPhone 12 faster then a wall plug. It is awesome to use and handy to have.

Great product. Used it to have power availble for my phone while working vaccination clinics. Caribiner makes it easy to clip to belt loop.

Works extremely well, and not to mention it's ruggedness. It is a little heavy but will charge your phone a multitude of times. Worth the buy.

This portable charger is just what I needed to run my GoPro for a day full of baseball/softball games while also charging up my phone between games.

I have one that is in boot camp and this battery has had plenty of charge for his phone for over a month of calls.

Love love love this!!! I can charge but my Apple phone and Apple Watch several times while I’m out RVing.

I’m not a complainer by nature, but honestly I have to complain about this product that I purchased last week. The charger itself seems pretty good so far, but of course I haven’t really had time to test it out. But everything else about my purchase certainly deserves the one start I’ve given. In the first place, the online specs say an “Owner’s Manual” is included. Not true. But a printed card inside the package gave a website address to find the manual. Note: since the “manual” itself doesn't have all that much info, the manual info could certainly have been printed on the same size card that gave the website link to the manual, but that would make sense wouldn't it. Anyway, I go to the link and find a list of 6 “Adventure Series” products, none of which are this one. But kind of hidden at the bottom of the list is a “see all 16 articles” link. Well I wasn’t really looking for an article, but what the heck, maybe I could find the “manual” there. And lo and behold, these weren’t really articles, but the actual manuals. And at the bottom of the list was this product. Hooray! I click on the link and view the actual manual. Only the manual doesn’t really give you all the info you need. For instance, it shows the “Power Button” and says “Press for battery LEDs.” These are the 4 lights that light up showing the amount of battery life left. Great. So I follow the instructions, press the button, and the LEDs do light up. Okay fine. So I press the button again to shut the lights off... and nothing happens. Hum. I try pressing and holding the button down for 15 seconds. Still nothing, the lights stay on. Finally went to my local Best Buy store and was going to return the faulty item, when after about 15 minutes of playing around with this charger, a floor sales rep suggested we hit the light button twice. And guess what. The lights went off. But of course this vital info was no where to be found in the “owner's manual.” So... I then wanted to save this “manual” even with the missing info. And there was a “Click to Download Manual” link on this "MyCharge" website. Only problem was the link didn’t work. I had to make screen shots to print the “manual” that way. But another problem happened. The manual onscreen appeared in two colors: black and a very light yellow-green. Which when printed on a black/white printer, the yellow-green was hardly readable. So I move on... to the most egregious thing I find: the “charging cable” that did come with the product. It’s a USB-C to USB A type cable. Put the USB-C end in the charger and use the USB-A male other end to connect to a USB 2-prong ac wall adapter. Of course you have to own that USB wall adapter because it didn’t come with the product. Luckily I had one so that wasn’t a problem. But here is the problem: the entire length of this “charging cable” is 10 inches! Completely useless! That includes the connectors on both ends. That means you have to find a ac wall outlet in your home that is 10 inches (really a little less) from a flat horizontal surface to place the charger on. Who has a wall outlet like that? Nobody I know. Guess you could let the charger dangle down the side of a wall while it's in the wall being charged. Or I could have used an old ac extension cord, plugged that into the wall outlet and then connected the charger cable to it to charge the charger. Or I could just go out and buy an additional 4 or 6 foot USB-C/USB-A cable identical to the one supplied with the charger, only this one is longer and useful, unlike the useless 10 inch supplied cable. Bottom line: a seemingly good product (still to be tested with more use) made bad by a terrible “Owner’s Manual” with missing information, and a useless “charging cable” that is too short to be useful. So does this product deserve a one star. You’re darn right it does, considering it cost me $80 for the charger, with an additional $20 for a new cable that I could use. And I want to see the way MyCharge deals with these issues, if they dare try to respond to this review.

Bought this so the wife's cellphone never dies. Huge capacity, she can go four days minimum without having to plug her phone into a wall outlet.

I was excited about getting this portable because my first one was amazingggggg but my sister lost it haha.. so I went to buy this bad boy.. Unfortunately it lasted me about a month and for some odd reason never turned back on at all.. no indication of life or anything.. but that thing charged super fast when it was working.. it was a life saver
