Not what we need

First time users of any portable charger, so did not know what to expect. Purchased this one because it seemed rugged, but we are only able to get 3 or 4 charges of our iPhones from it. I have not received good online assistance from the company with my questions. I did receive excellent assistance at Best Buy with my questions, and was pleased to find out I can probably exchange it for one that meets my needs better. This one also takes a long time to charge, not a good feature for traveling.
