I bought 3 of these for my kids just in case they lose charge on their cell phone. I haven't put in the dirt or anything but A PROBLEM I HAVE YOU REALLY CANT TELL IF it's FULLY CHARGED. Other than that its great for a backup just in case.

I’ve had this for a little over a year. The only thing I like about it is it’s size. It doesn’t hold a charge and even if it does it takes forever

Battery itself is durable, compact and provides on average 2.5 to 3 charges for a Samsung galaxy S7. However, the USB Jacks are poorly made, they quickly become unusable within a few months of use. Usually one jack will fail within 1 to 2 months and then the second will start to fail within 4 months getting progressively intermittent until it completely fails. We took the first unit back thinking it was just defective, but the second one did exactly the same thing. Don't buy this product you will be sorry if you do.

Very poor charge performance, will only charge 1 device and after that battery will be depleted. It takes almost 6 hours to fully charge

This device has physically held up well but it does not charge well at all. I had only used it intermittently. I did not realize how poorly it worked until last week during the storm in Tx . I was really counting on this device to recharge my phone. I had the charger fully charged and it only gave my phone a 20% increase of battery after being connected all night.

This item is great if you don't mind keeping a smaller charge. I was only able to get a couple of full charges out of it before recharging so I opted for a larger battery.

Huge pack with a disappointing performance. Charging at 4% clip per hour. This paper weight is best to simply slow down the inevitable.

Was not impressed with how many charges it gave as we used it for the first time on a recent trip. Compared to some other portable chargers that the other members of the group had with them, this charger had the least charging power and least amount of charges to give multiple devices. Luckily did not have to test the splash proof and drop protection on the device. So in summary, unless you need those two features due to rugged travel or usage there are much stronger portable chargers out there.

The idea of having an extra charge while hiking was amazing, but when i tried to charge 2 phones simultaneously , I notice one of the usb ports wasn't charging. Bad luck :(

Heavy, hard to know if it’s charged or when it needs charging, and it does not fit iPad11 port.

I returned it because it was to heavy and only held charge for about 1 1/2 days

The charger works good. I bought the warranty because I use it a lot and have had to use the warranty several times.

It has no plug in unlike the upgraded one where you could easily plug it in any switch/outlet

I wish I realized before buying that it takes a crappy micro usb to charge it instead of the new USB-C.

Otherwise it failed to meet quality standards and expectations. The battery life on this was too weak... there are many that code less and outperform... I think they put soo much into the physical cosmetic design that they forsake the quality of the product. At least for he one I purchased... I don’t recommend it. But like I said the clip was a nice touch!

Works well multi use is great. The person i gave the powerbank to likes it

I had one of these before and it was great. It got missing tho this one was terrible. 2 stars because the first one I bought I loved. Must be I got a this 1 from a bad batch.

As stated above wish it would charge faster but otherwise it works okay.

i recently bought a mycharge portable charger, excellent choice. buy it!

I bought this portable charger 8 months ago and one of the ports had failed with in a month of my purchase. My Charge usually sell good portable charges but I wouldn't recommend this one.
