The My Charge Adventure charges it up to 5 times. Running out of battery life is a thing of the past. It also charges my phone quickly so I am never left stranded. I have had it for about 6 months and it runs and operates flawlessly. Best Buy had a HUGE special on them prior to Christmas of 2018 and I got mine for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to buy one at full price. It really is that great of product.

Rugged but weak

I’ve had the charger for 9 months and the first port broke after 3 and my second port is on its way. The second critique is the the dirt flap that covers the ports, after a few open and closings it will not want to stay in the closed position.

The box says its pretty fast charging compared to other power banks but that statement is very misleading. It took 30 minutes to charge my phone 15% of the way up that was when the phone wasn't even in use. Don't even think about getting good charging while using the power bank. It's also advertised that it's durable while that's true it also feels very cheap. If you are looking for a good power bank I would not under any circumstances buy this for $50 while there are much better ones on the market that offer better features such as fast charging and USB C integration and higher mAh capacities. I'm going to buy a better power bank and most likely keep this one as a reminder as why I stopped shopping at Best buy years ago.

Power Brick to brick in two weeks

Either won't take a charge, or won't discharge. I would have taken it for a loss and chucked it if it hadn't cost so much. Hopefully Best Buy or myCharge will rectify this when I return from traveling.
