If I'm using the phone while its on the charger the phone won't charge. If I don't use the phone while it's charging it charges slowly. It goes up 1 percent in 2 minutes generally. I tried charge both an iPhone 6 and 7 with it both had the same problem. I reached out to the support team and their only response wasn't helpful.

I kept it in a temp controlled environment, mostly my work bag to keep my phone going on long shift. Never dropped it or got it anywhere near moisture. Left my phone to charge on it one day and found it nearly too hot to touch shortly after. Clearly a fire hazard had i left it plugged in and unattended. Contacted the company and once they found out that I didn’t keep my receipt they stopped replying to my emails.

Customer Support said "out of warranty, you loose". Don't buy this product, not only does it not last, but MyCharge doesn't stand behind it.
