Would not charge an iPad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I specifically bought this because it said on the package and I was told by the salesperson that it would charge a tablet. I was leaving for an overseas trip and wanted to have a portable battery to charge my iPad in case I couldn't plug in to an outlet. When testing before I left, I found it wouldn't charge my iPad any more than 30%. I recharged the powerbank and tried again. Same thing. Did some research and found you need a minimum of 12000 mAH to charge an iPad. I returned the myCharge and found a 16,000 mAH Anker portable charger online for $5 less, is about the size of an eye glass case and only weighed a bit more than twice the myCharge. That one worked great. The myCharge may be fine for an iPhone or smaller device but won't charge a tablet.

Nice little flashlight as an attachment when you need it but not very bright but could be a little brighter if they work on a new design.
