First trip with this device and no doubt I love it

Only had this a month and it's already broken. I can't return it so 30 bucks down the drain. I'm starting to see this more with best buy stuff. I use to be a huge fan of best buy but I don't like wasting money on stuff that breaks to easily

I bought this to add battery power to my iPad while I was on vacation in a remote location. It comes with the cord to attach the unit to the iPad. Unfortunately, even though the connector type was the same, it simply didn't fit.

I was kind of nervous buying another powerbank, as my first Duracell battery powerbank crapped out on me after the second time using it. I must say, though, that the MyCharge is a much better product. It is quick to charge and it holds the charge for a while when you aren't using it. Me and my partner both got the new Samsung Galaxy S6 before a recent vacation and we brought the MyCharge along. Halfway through a fun filled day at a theme park, our phones battery lives were under 50% (mine under 25% due to taking pictures, navigating the park, phone calls, texts. the life of a business owner :p ). it was able to fully charge my phone and bring his phone up to 75+%. That alone won me over but what was even better was on the way to the hotel later that night, i was looking for something in our bag. I needed a flashlight (didnt know until after the s6 has one preinstalled) and grabbed the mycharge and it worked. Having this device with a powerbank + flashlight has been useful for me a handful of times. My only complaint is that the flashlight button is one you hold and when you let it go, the light goes off. I had an item that was pressing the button and didnt realize it. When i finally did and checked the battery, it was very low.. All in all, I recommend!

These portable chargers are now everywhere and a lot less. I needed at this time so I paid more just to have it for vacation.

I returned it to the store. I only got 1 full charge and another half of a charge on my galaxy s5.

Dud nor like charger it promises multiple charges did not deliver this item was returned

This is my first external battery. I bought it because in the last year, I have spent numerous long days at theme parks or sightseeing. In those cases, I have had to ration my iPhone usage in order to make it 12-14 hours away from a traditional charger. I discovered this unit online, and the capacity-to-price ratio, 2.4A output, and form factor convinced me to go take a look in person. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that the unit is actually smaller than I imagined, given the photo on Best Buy's site showing it with an iPad. The AMPMAX is approximately 2.75 x 2 x 1 inches, and the weight is about that of a C-cell battery. The soft touch finish and build quality are both very good. I haven't had much use for the built-in flashlight, but the 4-LED battery meter seems to be an accurate predictor of how much power is left. When walking around Manhattan recently (being the usual tourist), I kept the unit and a small iPhone cable in my camera bag. It was great to be able to use Google Maps to navigate around, Safari to check the subway routes, and even FaceTime from Times Square without having to worry about running out of power before returning to the hotel. The AMPMAX will definitely recharge my iPhone 4S from nearly empty at least 2 times, which is more than enough for me. A low iPad 3 will suck most of the life out of it, but that's to be expected. I now carry the AMPMAX in my backpack, just in case I should need it. I have even found myself using it at home when I didn't want my phone tethered to a wall socket. It has quickly become one of my favorite tech accessories!

We bought this product several months ago and loved it. It charged our devices quickly and seemed to have enough charge to actually charge two phones completely. Unfortunately after 2 months, the device was taking a long time to fully charge. 36 hours to be exact which doesn't allow for overnight charging. I contacted the company and they have been amazing to work with. Top notch customer service! They helped me troubleshoot the problem and the problem was fixed but after a few weeks the same problem reappeared. They have sent us a new product under their warranty protection. I highly recommend this product as well as their fantastic customer service.

This little battery is perfect for when you're on the go. I use it commonly for extra battery life while at the office or at a craft show.

I have had bad luck when it comes to portable chargers for my phone. I decided to purchase this device because of it being 6000 mAh, a good price, and a built in flashlight. This device comes pre-charged right out of the box and charge my Samsung Galaxy S5 rather quickly. I would recommend this product to anyone who is tired of their phone constantly draining its battery!!

this adds extra power to my phone. charges fast and last long

Gave this power bank as a gift. Liked this particular one because of its power and price. Great value. Haven't heard how the recipient liked it.

A little heavy and takes quite sometime to fully charge, but other than that, it serves its purpose.

Charger is great and good good for at least 3 charges. Easy to carry.

this one is good for travelers since its very light

I can't begin to count on how many times I used this to charge my phone/tablet. I have yet to regret purchasing it. The only drawback is that there's only 1 usb outlet for charging.

It comes in handy when I am traveling long distances to places outside the USA.
