I love this charger bc the pin adapter is included, BUT every one I have has broken within 6 mos. I keep replacing them bc I like the charger so much.

It does everything for the price and the price was good and affordable my kids love it and now they don't have to use mines lol

I purchased it to charge my iPad and it only lasted about 2 hours and it went dead

Needed something for daughter while traveling. It worked great plus after time it is still performing well.

I had high expectations for this product, but within six months the product was not charging. Contacted Best Buy and was told to contact company directly because it was overdue for the exchange and return policy. Now the product is selling for half the price and I am out of luck. Not built for travelers on the go and not sturdy.

If you are buying this to use the iphone charger, DONT!!! It worked a few months then just stopped, the universal charger works great but the iPhone charger stops working. I personally own an iphone and I have a Samsung for work and i thought i this was the best idea and most convenient but in the end it didnt work so well

Enjoyed this for about 3/4 months, mostly using the lightning cord. Eventually that stopped working and I was really disappointed because I really liked this product. I reached out to them via their website explaining my dilemma then they sent me a new unit free of charge (including shipping). Looking forward to using that again but for now I bought a 20,000 mah china brand powerbank that seems to be getting the job done. PROS: Built in cords Compact Built in plug Battery indicator Great customer service CONS: Cords are fragile and easy to break No USB port I would recommend this to light users. Not ideal for people on the go and for long trips.

This is a great charger for those ppl on the go. It holds a great charge and you can charge 2 devices at once.

The benefit is several. The battery works well. You can plug it in to charge it! And it has the cords to use with devices. So, in one item you have it all, with no needed other cords or such. That's my kind of charger!
