Not bad, does the job decently. Well built design. In the beginning it’s lightning fast with charging. My one 2 part complaint is that after the first 3-4 charges it begins to charge your phone slower and begins to take longer to charge the portable charger itself. Still going to use it but wish I would have knew this issue beforehand.

It charges all my devices with power to spare. I highly recommend.

I love these chargers! This was in addition to the one I already own. At first I just used it for travel, but now I use it as much or more than my traditional charger. Best of all, I think that it charges devices faster than any other method.

Decent portable charger. Lasted over a year minor damage from normal use but it hold a charge well and is built very durable and strong. Only flaws was only having one way to charge the device and it didn't last over 2 years.

The simple fact that the power bank comes with built- in wall charging pin and USBC C cable integrated is fantastic. Even though the built in cable does seem a bit flimsy , the design is great. I dont understand why major players such as Anker do not incorporate such an integrated design into their power banks.

Pricey, but worth every penny. An abundance of power and quickly recharges my phone, tablets, and other devices. I owned one previous to this purchase and had it for about 5 years, using it constantly. When it did finally fail, I immediately drove to Best Buy and purchased a replacement.

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased this product. I love it but wish there was a sturdier way to charge with it. Usually once my kids start using it, it gets twisted and turned and the wires begin to “give way”. Other than that I love this charging block!

It started getting hot. So how the USB cord rubber melted. It is an malfunction clearly and unfortunately it is no longer returnable to best buy. When it was working good it was awesome but that fact it went out so fast when I have a way cheaper on that is still going.... is disappointing. There is something wrong and a huge fire hazard. Please be careful. Mine started to smoke!!!!

Item is heavy. Charges your iPhone just fine but product claims it charges your lap top and phone at the same time but it does not. I returned it

This device works great for cellphones charges fast but when it comes to tablets like an iPad Pro or regular iPad it is extremely slow.

I love this charger. When it says "Rapid Charging" on my phone, it means rapid. S22 Ultra from totally dead to fully charged in less than an hour.

Whenever using a power bank I would need a lightning for my iPhone & a USB C for my girlfriends Galaxy. It's pretty handy this powerbank comes with both options along with being able to just plug it into the wall instantly.

I really liked that this could plug directly into the wall made it very convenient. It did do a good job at charging my phone fairly quickly. This is something I would carry in my work bag on a daily basis. I probably used it two to three times a week. This past week however it just simply stopped working all together showed a full charge then no lights at all. For the price I would hope this charger would last at least a year or more. I can understand it not holding as much charge over time but to just simply die all together was disappointing.

My husband has an iPhones and the iPhone connection on this charger does not charge his phone. Pretty expensive junk!!!

This device is a great external battery. The fact that it has the two cords : apple tip & micro tip integrated is awesome. Morphia brand is disappointing because you need to get the wire tips and put them in a small case together for use.
