In trying to fix it, the outer box snapped and had to throw away. Like the product but the build quality was very poor for the cost of the charger and in attempting to fix, broke it. so, out the money and will not be purchasing another one from this manufacturer.

I received a defective piece, contacted company and after a load of emails they stopped responding. Now that the return window is closed, I can't return this awful product. I took this on a trip, and it charged the phone well. After using the charger all day you will need to charge this overnight, or a few hours, to have it ready for the next day.
