    First charger was recalled. Second charger barely holds a charge for long and takes forever to charge any Apple product. Also customer service was extremely unresponsive to numerous email and will not provide customer service via a phone. Very disappointed in myCharge product.

    I bought this because i need it for a major outdoor event in case my phone dies. It claims to charge up to 75% faster (I want to know what it is supposeed to be faster than) It also claims it will charge from 0-50% in 30 min. This is FALSE!!!! I have a brand new phone and ot took an hour and 50min just to get to 82%. My wall charger that came with the phone charges faster. This is NOT worth the money and is the slowest charger I've ever seen...EVER!!! The only category that got 5 stars was ease of use. The rest were 1 star.

    Not strong enough to charge macbook

    I loved this at first, needed to buy something to take on vacation that could charge both my phone and laptop. But the battery itself takes forever to charge, barely holds battery, and could not charge my Macbook. Really disappointing.

    Will not charge the iPhone 11 or the iPhone 13

    This model or the 6700 model will NOT charge an iPhone 11, or an iPhone 13. I purchased the 6700 model at Best Buy last Saturday after the salesperson said it would work, and then checked when I got home - The charger was about 75% full, but when I plugged it into my iPhone 11, it did not charge my phone at all. I then tried it on my girlfriend’s iPhone 13, and got the same results. I took it back to Best Buy yesterday for a refund, and they said it must have been a faulty charger. They provided me with a refund, and I told them I wanted a replacement since it should have worked. All they had in stock was the 10050mAh, so I bought it & they assured me it would charge both iPhones. I wanted to check it right then and there, but they would not allow me to open the package in the store without making the purchase. I bought it, and checked when I got home…… and it did the exact same thing, it didn't work on either phone. I'm being told by the Best Buy staff that it will work with any iPhone, but this is the 2nd model I've tried, and it will not charge either of my two iPhones.
