The issues are (1) the power button will not activate the charger to be able to charge the cell phone, and (2) the LED 4 lights will not display to their full capacity after charging through the plug-in adaptor. I sought a replacement since there are several issues with the charger, and then I only had the charger for 24 days since purchase. I am upset since I paid a lot of money! However, it was past 14 days to receive a refund. I do not recommend this product.

It does give me a full charge on my phone but I can only charge one device I like the option of using the coed from the wall charger. It works as good as the more expensive model
