I wanted to keep my new iPhone charged at all times since i would be using it as my primary camera. After fully charging and using the item twice, i charged it a third time. However, when i went to charge my phone, it worked for a few minutes before completely dying. Thought perhaps that it hadn't charged, but when i tried to charge it again, it refused to turn on. I owned it for less than a week. Best Buy refunded my purchase when i returned from my trip, as i chose not to exchange the item. This item is too pricy to risk having to return again. So disappointing. The size of the product is small and compact, great for travel.
