If I don't have a USB/USB-C, Fire cable, I'm not in trouble. And if I do and need to connect and keep the battery in my pocket, this is one of the better (best?) size back up batteries. I'm giving a 2 instead of a 1 because I already have another one that works great. And for the 2 months it worked it really is great!! Another reason for the 2 is that when I contacted my charger.com they asked for a receipt before they would consider helping..... Thankfully I had the receipt on the app.....had I bought it elsewhere and tossed the receipt I'd be screwed...

When charging a second time charger starts to charge then the battery on my phone started to drain. Had to return it. The concept of having a charger with a wall charger and cables attached was a plus. It just doesn't work. Perjaps the one i purchased was a lemon.

For three weeks it was a beautiful idea. The two cords that are “built in” have stopped working. Really nice idea, product feels like it’s built well, it’s priced to a category that should make it a premium product which it failed the standard.
