Issue with durability of product

I didn't mind investing in a product I believed would last me quite some time. Less than a month of usage and the wires on the charger began to shred. I was unhappy I was unable to exchange the product in a Best Buy store however, when I contacted MY Charge directly they quickly replaced the charger for me. I have not had further issues with the replacement charger. I would recommend this product simply because the company ensured I was given a replacement charger due to the defect on my original purchase.
