Wires stoped working

The first one the plus snapped so it can no longer be charged. The second one came out of the box bend new and the micro-usb cord wouldn't work. There is no way to call the manufacturer. I sent multiple emails but never received any response.

At first I was hesitant cause of the price but, the associate pointed out it was on sale, $20 discount, that week. Now that I had been using it every day I realized I would had pay the full price, it worths every penny. I could recharge all my Apple devices, at once, without problem. I don't need to carry any cables making my purse an OCD friendly haven because, it has two built-in in addition to the USB port. It charges very fast. Plus, the built-in plug is ultra-convenient. I'm extremely satisfied and will advice anyone to get one.

One day, android will do something abt their horrible battery lives. Anyway, item is good. One thing tho, is that it does not charge as fast as it describes. Charges fast, but not rapid. For its price, i kinda expected rapid.
