So far the 2 no one has not done the same thing. I however love the "My Charge" products!! Overall they are amazing.

I found this as being too bulky and really heavy when sitting in my pocket.

Broke within 6 months. Used only a few times and always kept in a plastic bag so nothing would get in ports or get damaged Only to find the charging prongs broke off. I am unable to use snd am so surprised at the quality of such a highly recommended product

You have to turn it on as well. Sadly, the flip-up plug started to fail in the third week and I tossed it out. Not going to bother trying to replace it--my standard phone charger is less effort and less cumbersome.

I left it charged for 8 hours and the charging bar indicator only showed that its half charged. I returned it right away the next day. It could be because Im unlucky and get a defective item but who knows. Good luck though
