Worked Great for less than 1 year

I didn't buy warranty through Best Buy and don't know if the company offers warranty but I plug it in to charge on the wall and nothing lights up so it is not charging the battery pack at all. It was great while it worked but I ended up highly disappointed when it gave out.

This MyCharge was the right choice. The size is great for pocket. I can get almost 2 additional charges out of it. Absolutely love the USB Micro and USB -C cables included that tuck away nicely into the housing. There is also a USB to plug a cable in for whatever else you may have. The built in prongs to plug directly into a wall is the best ever. Not having to carry around bulky wires and adapters. It charges quickly and is a solid build. I highly recommend it. Thanks Best Buy and MyCharge for making a great product.
