First charge was in the United States. Subsequent charge was in Spain. The unit smoked in the outlet overseas and now will not charge in the US beyond the remaining one out of four charge dots expected. It still smells of smoke. I trust Best Buy as a great local store. I trusted the opinion of the sales person. This unit let me down and with such a short return period allowed, the store offered absolutely no satisfaction for replacement or reimbursement. It is heavy to keep on hand while out and about but I was willing to try it again for use in the US.

Cords stopped working

In the beginning worked well but after a 2 months it doesnt charge my phone fast at all,it barely charges it. The cords dont work the same and its the cords the battery comws with. Not what i was expecting. Waste of $$. Do not buy. Find something cheaper on amazon.

Poor delivery

My package was out for delivery at about 9:30 am and didnt get delivered until almost 9:30 pm. Then the driver just tossed the package on to my porch. There wasnt even any packing materials used to keep this electronic device secure inside the package.
