I often use it while actively using the phone, so it's hard to judge exactly how many "charges" it can provide, but at least one full charge is an easy answer. Probably two. Including a small cable would have been useful.

I can charge my iPhone 5s to 100% one time and again to 70% on a single charge. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the charge indicator LEDs seem to light up randomly; I'll see them shining at me in my bag without being touched. Disconcerting since this battery lacks a button to show charge level.

Can fully recharge my phone twice from 10% back to 100% before needing to recharge the power bank. Still getting great use out of it, and have taken it on every trip. Great purchase.

Convenient, fits nice in your pocket

It has come in really handy. The flat size makes it really convenient to carry around. I even had it at the gym once when I knew my charge was too low to get me through my workout.
