Returned after a few days. One of the USB-A ports was so tight I was worried about damaging either my cables or the charger itself.

I was only able to get 1.5 charges on my iphone 7 and I'd expected 4 or more charges. I only used it once and will try it again.

Looking to bring back for a replacement. One of the USB ports is non operational.

Particularly charging the portable charger took too long. Not sure why.

No way to turn it on or off. This was a deal killer so I returned it.

Bought this thinking it’s good one, but very disappointed. After full charge, it doesn’t last even hour and when I goto charge my iPhone, it charges for 10 minutes and dies. Maybe I have faulty piece. I am returning it.

It intermittently worked on my Note 4. It slipped from hand and fell a couple inches & started working. When I took it back to BB I was told several others had the similar issues.

if I could give this no stars I would. Takes multiple days to charge and use what I get from it in a couple of hours. Probably the biggest waste of money I ever spent

This thing exceeded my expectations. Hold quite a charge! I was able to fully charge my iPhone 6 three separate times and also was able to charge my tablet without having to charge the bank up again. I love this thing on long trips, never go without a charging source again!

This product was bought for a christmas present. The one person liked it so much that he bought 3 more for his family. The unit charges fast and has enough charge to fill the iphone 6 2 times. Its very nice to have 2 usb ports also.

I desperately needed a charger before I left on my business trip and the Best Buy associate directed me to this product. I had no time to research the product so I relied heavily on that associate's opinion--and I am glad I did! It is exactly what I needed and never let my phone get too low.

A MUST HAVE for business traveling professionals, or for those that spend their lives on SnapChat or IG. Quickly charges, and allows for multiple devices to be charged, in a sleek and low profile design. I can get about 2-3 full charges out of it for my IPhone 6, and have used it to charge up my IPad on long flights. It is about the same size as my phone, and a tad bit heavier, so you can get an idea of the real estate that it will take up in your pocket/bag. Highly recommend this product.

It has been nearly a decade, and this is by far the most reliable power bank I’ve owned. Originally, I bought this for Pokémon Go when it first debuted. It has been the most reliable powerbank I have ever owned.

Spent an entire weekend with this as my only power source and charged my iPhone 6S twice over both days from within 20% battery life remaining (I use many apps in a day - don't judge, you know you do too. That's why you are here) and I still had another charge or two after the weekend was over. Love knowing it will be there when I need it. Like a walking wall outlet.

This is perfect for my travels. I can keep my phone and iPad charged while I'm on the go. I live that you can shake the charger and there are lights that tell you how much battery power is left. Four lights means full charge and 1 light or no lights mean that you need to re-charge.
