I was able to keep my existing Sprint plan when I upgraded my phone. That was a relief, as I was anticipating them to tell me that I needed to change my plan.

We live in a rural area and the service actually works as well as it's going to work in the area we live in I would recommend it to others I mean they all have their problems but the service in general and customer service is excellent

We got an upgrade from Sprint through Best Buy at a lower price than sprint.com had to offer. Additionally, Best Buy gave the wireless charging kit combo for free. Definitely get your phone through Best Buy.

Upgrading my phone through Best Buy was a very painless and easy process. The benefits and rewards from using Best Buy far outweighed what discounts I would have received from going through my carrier directly.

I have been with Sprint for 17 years now. I have always been happy with the service. My relative changed to cricket and does not get near the same reliable service in our area that she did with Sprint.

And I'm glad I have Sprint. Their prices are fair and their service is solid in my area. Can't complain (other than having to lease my phone, but that seems to be the new structure of things).

I was able to upgrade my IPhone at Best Buy and keep my existing Sprint plan. My bill has remained the same. There was no pressure from staff to change plans, it was a pleasurable experience.

I'm not really sure what this is but I like to keep my existing sprint plan because all the other plans have gone up in price! Stinking greedy cell phone companies! sheesh!!!!

Sprint gets a bad reputation for being slower than the other providers but I don't see the issues or am not that bothered by them . To get the great deal on the phone I got for another 2 years was worth it.

I have Sprint for a while now and I never have to worry about counting data usage or counting numbers of texts I am allowed. I continue to keep my existing plan whenever I get a new phone.

Sprint offers the largest data and talk time for a lower price than all competitors. The service is adequate and worth the price with the discounts available for various working folk.

I'm happy with current plan. As I reviewed other carriers it seems for the most part they all have hidden fees, so I was comfortable knowing what I currently have and sticking with it.

Great deal for 7.99 a month for 24 months. Best deal by far compared to paying almost 30 a month for s8 while keeping my same plan and carrier.

I love that Best Buy let's us keep our existing plan. When you get a new phone you should enjoy it. It is nice not having to haggle over a new plan.
