Shipping disaster and no replacement!!!

It arrived with the plastic case smashed in pieces less that 1/4" square. It looks like someone froze it in liquid nitrogen and then hit it with a hammer. I took it back to my local store and they had none in stock and could not order it again. So I'm out a good movie.
