One of my favorites during the season. Really reminds me of the American dream fading into the distance and how those beautiful holiday moments we've all been brainwashed into thinking that is expected out of us is nothing but smoke and mirrors. All darkness aside, a great movie for the holidays. Pretty decent mass produced packaging. Price is downright criminal for an old movie such as this, but when on sale they're easier to swallow.

This is a welcome addition to the “Vacation” series. It is funny and worth watching.

I love this movie. Watching a classic like this in HD, is like watching it for the first time. A great addition to the Holiday movie collection. If your looking for a holiday comedy to watch with the family*, I can’t recomend this movie enough. made in the 80’s. “for the family”, was a little different back then. Family=Ages 12+(PG-13). Partial nudity(side boob) PS: people are more confused now than, then. More options, less time to choose.

Our entire family tries to get together at least once a year for either Thanksgiving or Christmas and when we do, we make it a point to watch this movie together. It never gets old, we all have our favorite parts and we all laugh so hard. I bought this movie to give to our daughter for her family, so that now she has her own copy. This way, no matter whose house we go to for the holidays, her house or one of the boys, no one has to remember to bring their copy. It's a family tradition!

Funniest Christmas movie of all time, enjoy another adventure with the Griswolds

I saw that this movie was on sale after Thanksgiving and I wanted to add it to my Christmas movie collection. The movie looks good on blu-ray and I like how the movie takes up the entire screen instead of cutting off the top and bottom. So many great lines are said in this movie and if you are looking at buying it, you must enjoy it as much as I do.

chevy chase as clark griswald loses his cool twice in this movie. those are some of my favorite scenes. once in the blowup that begins with him guzzling some eggnog. and then again when everyone tries to leave and bail out. kind of sums up that disappointment you have when the holidays, and life in general, just aren't going as you had hoped. amazing and awesome supporting cast to chevy chase in the lead role. and includes and incredibly annoying pubescent johnny galecki as rusty griswald.

A Jason Bourne xmas movie?! Count me in! In this film, Jason Bourne takes on old saint nick (played by Tim Allen). There’s explosions, icicles flying, bright lights ablazing and cousin eddie is a stone cold hitman that decimates a whole community with toxic waste. Whats there not to feel jolly about?

Laugh out loud funny! A Christmas classic. We watch this every holiday.

This is a great classic movie to watch for Xmas with your family

This movie did come out in 1989, but it never gets old. After watching the movie “Vacation” numerous times I started watching this movie and its soooooooo funny! An all star cast and it has laughs galore! Chevy Chase and his comedic style, never get old. Worth owning it!

This movie is a classic holiday film that it so funny and it is based from the National Lampoon’s franchise. I really enjoyed this classic holiday film with Chevy Chase and I really like the opening song that reminds me of Christmas Vacation. If you would like to watch this classic holiday film, give this a try.
