Good movie to get the family together on the couch

This is a classic. I purchased this as a gift for my father.

The family favorite- hard to say more. Is this any better than DVS quality? Only the discerning eye could tell. The blu Ray is very grainy regardless of the level of hardware smoothing you select.

I already owned the DVD, but I read some reviews that said the quality was improved in this BLU-RAY release so I decided to get it. There was no improvement I could detect; disappointed in this purchase...

Love the movie but not the quality. I like high quality crisp imagery and this doesn’t stand out to me. I’ll still watch it.

Good to have the movie on blu-ray. But it's not restored or anything so it doesn't look much better. Steel book is really nice though.

Just as the title says, I got this item during a holiday sale for cheap. I expected to get a bluray, but inside only included a DVD. Very bizarre. I still gave the item 2 stars because the DVD works fine and the movie is still a classic, but it was still a bummer. The item was so cheap that I didn't bother making a return. I will probably just wait for a 4k release to upgrade at this point.

Very solid and attractive TV stand. I love the product but getting it ordered and ready for pickup was tedious and difficult. Best Buy did not make it easy.

3 stars because there is no digital copy. Picture is misleading. Movie is great and definitely worth buying. I was dissapppinted that there was no digital copy.

Some may hate me for this but this movie just doesn't continue to resonate with me like " A Christmas Story" does for example. Good enough for every other year.

Funny movie. The only thing I don’t like is the language. Too much cussing and using the real bad words. Not good for kids to watch. Wish they would make it over but leave out the cussing. I can’t understand why the movie people won’t make a clean movie.

The pic online is misleading. There is no digital copy with this item. Very disappointing. That was the main reason I ordered this particular item.

Yes it is a Christmas standard for the holiday's. Chevy Chase at his best with too many similar scenario's playing out that everyone can relate.

Best xmas movie ever. As a steelbook collector I wish they would have been more detailed on the steelbook. Movie is A+++

It is a classical Christmas movie. It is funny, entertaining and easy to follow. It is a movie to watch and enjoy with family.

It was not as funny as I remember it being when I was younger. However, the movie got to me in excellent condition.
