So far it seems to serve the purpose. Braided cords always have a feeling of substance and this one is no exception. Beyond that, the grips at the terminals, while not oversized, offer a good grip.

I need a cable that wasn't too long, just perfect I can collect the extra cable with the snap and make it fit perfectly without having all that extra cable in the way

Thick gauge. Good quality. I like the extra length when I need to use my phone when slow charging from my computer. The extra length can get in the way sometimes, but it is worth it for when you need it.

I like how tough these cables are. At first, I thought that this was one of those "for looks" cables, but it is really durable. Has held up well in the car, where I seem to have a lot of cables short out on me.
